Carpet shopping has been quite an education: but we must say, that we learned the most at your store. Your sales representatives, Gary and Sherry, were helpful and patient in explaining what makes one carpet better than another. Here’s How To Get Started On Getting New Carpet or Flooring Installed In Your Home:

Step 1 - Select your carpet or flooring

Step 2 - Get your estimate and place your deposit

  • Set up an appointment to have us measure and give you an estimate in your home. Set up the appointment when you are in the store, or call us at 510-237-4447.
  • After you have selected your carpet or flooring we will fax or mail you a contract
  • Return the signed contract by fax, mail or in person
  • Place your deposit by credit card, by phone or in person. Deposit is usually   % of the order.

Step 3 - Install your capets or your flooring

  • Your job will be scheduled as soon as the material arrives.
  • If you have a special order that requires more then a week to arrive, we will call you weekly to update you on the expected date of arrival. (Only specialty linoleum and cork take more then a week.)
  • You can choose to be home or away when we do the installation work. We are fully licensed and bonded. Also, on some flooring it is recommended that you wait before walking on it. We will tell you if this applies to your flooring.
  • Note: We install carpet in homes from as far North as Vallejo and South to Hayward. We will also provide service in San Francisco.
